We are not responsible for user actions or their consequences, including account bans, reach restrictions, or content removals by Instagram or TikTok.
Usernames are only required to retrieve data through official APIs and are never stored, shared, or sold to any third party.
No specific number of followers, likes, or views is guaranteed, as results may vary based on the account and platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Users must keep their accounts set to “public” during and after order processing. Switching to “private” may cause delays or order failure and does not entitle the user to a refund.
This service does not deliver real followers, likes, or views. All services are for initial boost, exposure, or personal use only.
By placing an order, users acknowledge and agree to the type of service being purchased and commit not to file false claims or disputes with payment providers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any service or content at any time without prior notice or liability.
Users are responsible for reviewing updates to these terms.

Important Note Regarding Instagram and TikTok:
In rare cases, a drop in followers, likes, or views may occur after delivery on Instagram or TikTok. We offer a 30-day guarantee to compensate for any such loss during the warranty period.
Eligibility for a free refill requires that:
– No similar services were purchased from other providers during the warranty period.
– The username has not been changed after placing the order.
– The drop is verified by our system based on the start and end counts.

Payments & Fraudulent Disputes

Purchasing services indicates clear understanding and agreement with the terms. Fraudulent disputes through PayPal or credit card processors may result in the removal of followers, likes, or comments.

Registration

By registering, users confirm they are at least 13 years old.

Usage with Social Media Platforms

Users must comply with the terms of Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, and TikTok.
Once an order is placed and is being processed, users must not place the same order elsewhere. No refunds or refills will be issued for discrepancies caused by ordering from multiple sources.
Profiles must be public when placing an order and remain public until the order is fully delivered.

Transfer of Followers

Once an order is successfully delivered, requests to transfer followers to another account will not be accepted.
If an order is marked as partially delivered, users may request a transfer of the remaining followers to another account.

Free Refill Policy

A free refill is provided if a loss of followers occurs. However, users who purchase followers from other providers are not eligible for a free refill.
Refills are only available within five days of the last order.
The system verifies refill eligibility based on the start and end follower count. If the count drops below the expected number post-delivery, a refill will be granted.
Orders placed with other vendors after delivery void refill eligibility.
If the username is changed, the system cannot process a refill unless the original username is restored.

Liabilities

The service is not liable for account suspension, deletion, video removal, or any follower/like/comment losses caused by Instagram or the user.
Passwords are never requested, and users are solely responsible for account security.

Disclaimer

No responsibility is taken for any damages a user or business may suffer. No guarantees, express or implied, are made regarding the services provided.
As the service operates via the internet, uptime and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Instagram periodically removes accounts and engagements, which the service does not guarantee to restore.
Orders exceeding 2500 followers may receive 100 extra followers. This offer applies only to followers and excludes likes or views.
Services are provided solely for personal or showcase use. No engagement guarantees are made.
No services are provided for promoting music, videos, profiles, pages, or related content. Users assume full responsibility for using the service for such purposes.
Services are strictly not provided for content related to nudity, hate speech, discrimination, or similar topics.

Limitations

Billing

Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals will not be initiated without first contacting customer support.
